In March Pakella Lithuania becomes Antalis

Pakella UAB in Lithuania will soon become part of Antalis UAB, so we would like to give you a brief overview of what will change for Pakella UAB customers from 3 March this year.

Contact: 

You will be able to contact us as before - Pakella contacts will remain the same. However, you will now be able to contact Pakella staff using the new email addresses, which will be: vardas.pavarde@antalis.com (e.g. indre.mikelaitiene@antalis.com).

Invoices will be issued to Antalis UAB and all agreed terms and conditions of cooperation will apply. Customers who have purchased from both companies and have different terms and conditions will be contacted individually in the near future.

Payments will have to be made to the Antalis UAB account indicated on the VAT invoices. The Pakella UAB current account will remain active for some time.

For goods purchased from Pakella UAB, payment will be made to the Pakella UAB account indicated on the VAT invoice.

Logistics:

"For Pakella goods and customers, this will not take effect immediately - we first need to get the goods to their designated warehouses, which we plan to do within a month. This will undoubtedly be significantly expanded as both companies add one more company to their product range.
